What is your refund/return policy?

At Fog + Flag we believe that you should be completely satisfied with your purchase. If at any point you feel an item is not meeting your expectations, send a refund request to support@fogandflag.com and we will refund your purchase in full. No returns not hassle.

Do your items run true to size?

Each item has unique sizing. and items that don’t run true to size will be indicated in the product description. If you have any questions or would like more details or information on any item, please reach out to support@fogandflag.com, and we would be happy to assist you!

What are your shipping costs?

For some items, we offer a flat $5 shipping fee to keep things simple. Shipping for other items that require more specialized packing will calculate based on standard USPS shipping rates at checkout.
